HR Generalist to take over an established role and continue strengthening our HR operations in Mexico. This position plays a key role in supporting our local team (currently 16 employees) and collaborating closely with the CEO, HR Director, and HR team to ensure smooth people processes and meaningful employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as the main point of contact for employees in Mexico.
- Partner with global leadership on strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, and documentation.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to development and retention.
- Administer employee benefits and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Support engagement, performance, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
